Music
Music at Canadian Valley is inspirational by design. Our Lord said to make a joyful noise and that is exactly what we try to do. Music is not only a way we worship but it's a way we prepare our hearts to hear from God.
Presently we have two different choirs at Canadian Valley. We have our Auditorium Choir and our Children's Choir. Below is a brief description of each and their activities.
The Auditorium
Choir consists of both youth and adults. Together the form the nucleus of a praise
and worship team in our worship services. It's uplifting to hear these believers
praising God and sharing His Word through song each week. Usually, two times a year
they minister to us through special presentations such as Easter and Christmas
Cantatas. This choir consists of 18 active members who are faithful in the music
ministry at Canadian Valley.
The Children's Choir is made up of preschool and elementary age children. These young individuals share their enthusiasm for the Lord in a special way through music. When they sing one knows it's from the heart. It may not be perfect but it's exciting to hear these children sing for Jesus.
Several times a year we gather on 5th Sunday Nights for a sing in. One of the most special times at Canadian Valley has been when members from our fellowship volunteer to sing a special. These services are a real blessing for all who attend.
